Anybody else battling super chapped lips as the chilly weather approaches?! It cannot just be me! My exfoliating lip scrub and lip balm have become my best friends as of late. I’ve been using the Laura Geller Lip Scrub and Palmer’s Ultimate Moisture Swivel Stick but they have only been containing the issue, not solving it. So, any suggestions are more than welcome!
In the meantime, I will not let the effects of the changing seasons prevent me from rocking some of my favorite fall lipsticks! Lately, I have been feeling the chocolate browns and dark reds, which you will see below and a few other stars in my collection.
I love this line solely because of the color range. Finally, a drug store brand (other than NYX) taking some color risk! This is my second purchase from the collection (I also have “Sapphire Siren”) and they are both great except they are very prone to wearing away in the inner parts of the lips. Other than that, this is a beautiful lipstick.
Here is a metallic chocolate brown. I have said it multiple times in previous posts, I LOVE the Vice Lipstick Collection. They are the most hassle-free lipsticks I have ever worn, period. On to the next lippie!
I have always loved the classic blue-red lipstick but lately, I’ve been wanting something vampier! My desires were fulfilled with this liquid lipstick by Milani. It’s not the most comfortable matte lipstick I have worn, but I give this one props for being one of the better ones found in a drug store. The wear is pretty good but it can feel like you’re wearing a velvet mask on your lips. Those who have worn their share of liquid lipsticks will know exactly what I mean!
And lastly, here is a star I recently rediscovered within my collection that I love because of its buildable coverage. It can be almost like a tinted balm with a couple light swipes but you can easily turn the vamp up with a liner and more swipes. I am always a fan of versatility!
